欢迎使用「毛豆仪表盘」（以下简称"本应用"）。请您在使用前仔细阅读以下条款。下载、安装或使用本应用即表示您同意本协议。
一、服务说明
本应用是一款第三方车载仪表盘应用，通过蓝牙低功耗（BLE）连接车辆，实时显示车速、加速度、档位、里程等行驶数据，并提供多种可视化主题。
本应用并非任何车辆制造商的官方产品，与车辆制造商无任何关联或背书关系。
二、使用条件
- 您需要拥有一辆支持的车辆，并通过车辆端授权完成蓝牙配对后方可使用本应用的车辆数据功能。
- 您应确保在安全的驾驶环境下使用本应用，请勿在驾驶过程中操作手机。
- 您必须年满 18 周岁或达到您所在地区的法定驾驶年龄。
三、免责声明
- 本应用显示的速度数据仅供参考，不能替代车辆原厂仪表盘。因 GPS 定位精度和蓝牙通信延迟等因素，显示数据可能与实际存在偏差。
- 本应用不对因使用本应用而导致的任何交通事故、违章处罚或其他损失承担责任。
- 车辆固件更新可能影响蓝牙通信协议的兼容性，开发者将尽力适配但不保证持续可用。
四、订阅服务
- 本应用提供免费基础功能和付费订阅功能。订阅通过 Apple App Store 内购完成。
- 订阅将在到期前 24 小时内自动续费，除非您在到期前至少 24 小时关闭自动续费。
- 您可以在 iPhone 的「设置 → Apple ID → 订阅」中管理或取消订阅。
- 订阅期间内不支持退款，如有特殊情况请联系 Apple 客服。
五、知识产权
本应用的界面设计、主题动画、程序代码等知识产权归开发者所有。本应用使用了开源的 vehicle-command 协议（Apache 2.0 许可），相关声明详见应用内「开源许可」页面。
六、账号与数据
- 本应用不要求注册账号，也不主动要求您提供姓名、手机号或电子邮件地址。
- 车辆数据主要在本地处理和显示；部分汇总指标、诊断信息或订阅相关数据可能按《隐私政策》说明进行处理。
- 有关数据处理的详细说明，请参阅《隐私政策》。
七、使用限制
您不得：
- 对本应用进行反编译、反汇编或逆向工程；
- 利用本应用从事任何违反法律法规的活动；
- 将本应用用于商业用途（如出租车计费等）而非个人使用。
八、协议变更
开发者保留随时修改本协议的权利。协议变更后，继续使用本应用即视为您接受修改后的条款。重大变更将通过应用内通知告知。
九、适用法律
本协议适用中华人民共和国法律。因本协议引起的争议，双方应友好协商解决；协商不成的，任何一方均有权向开发者所在地有管辖权的人民法院提起诉讼。

Welcome to "Model Dash" (the "App"). Please read these terms carefully before use. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to this Agreement.
1. Service Description
The App is a third-party vehicle dashboard app. It connects to a vehicle through Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE), displays driving data such as speed, acceleration, gear, and mileage in real time, and provides multiple visual themes.
The App is not an official product of any vehicle manufacturer and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any vehicle manufacturer.
2. Conditions of Use
- You need to own a supported vehicle and complete Bluetooth pairing after authorization from the vehicle side before using vehicle data features.
- You should use the App only in a safe driving environment. Do not operate your phone while driving.
- You must be at least 18 years old or have reached the legal driving age in your region.
3. Disclaimers
- The speed data displayed by the App is for reference only and must not replace the original vehicle dashboard. Due to GPS accuracy, Bluetooth communication latency, and other factors, displayed data may differ from actual data.
- The App is not liable for any traffic accident, penalty, or other loss arising from use of the App.
- Vehicle firmware updates may affect compatibility with the Bluetooth communication protocol. The developer will make reasonable efforts to adapt but does not guarantee continued availability.
4. Subscription Services
- The App provides free basic features and paid subscription features. Subscriptions are purchased through Apple App Store in-app purchases.
- Subscriptions automatically renew within 24 hours before expiration unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before expiration.
- You may manage or cancel subscriptions in iPhone Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
- Refunds are not supported during a subscription period. For special circumstances, please contact Apple Support.
5. Intellectual Property
The interface design, theme animations, program code, and other intellectual property of the App belong to the developer. The App uses the open-source vehicle-command protocol under the Apache 2.0 License. See the in-app "Open Source Licenses" page for related notices.
6. Accounts and Data
- The App does not require account registration and does not actively ask for your name, phone number, or email address.
- Vehicle data is mainly processed and displayed locally. Some aggregated metrics, diagnostic information, or subscription-related data may be processed as described in the Privacy Policy.
- For details about data processing, please refer to the Privacy Policy.
7. Restrictions on Use
You may not:
- Decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer the App;
- Use the App for any activity that violates laws or regulations;
- Use the App for commercial purposes, such as taxi metering, rather than personal use.
8. Changes to This Agreement
The developer reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. After changes are made, continued use of the App means you accept the modified terms. Material changes will be communicated through in-app notifications.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes arising from this Agreement should be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may bring a lawsuit in a competent court at the developer's location.
