本应用提供实时仪表与主题、BLE 车辆连接、Tesla 账号授权、车辆状态及受支持的远程控制、寻车、地址搜索与收藏、导航及目的地发送、云端行程、充电记录和订阅等功能。具体可用功能取决于应用版本、车辆型号与固件、地区、账号权限、车辆状态、网络和会员权益。
本应用是独立第三方产品，并非 Tesla 或其他车辆制造商的官方应用，不代表得到其关联、担保或背书。
相应功能会处理手机或车辆位置、起终点坐标、详细地址、搜索与收藏地点、行程和充电记录等信息，具体来源、用途、第三方和保存规则以《隐私政策》为准。精确位置及行踪信息属于需要重点保护的信息，相关处理应具备必要性并依法取得同意。
百度地图与导航：本应用的仪表盘地图、路线规划和导航可能由百度地图开放平台提供。请阅读《百度地图用户服务条款》和《百度地图开放平台产品和服务隐私政策》。勾选授权页的用户协议及隐私政策并完成授权后，本应用会在您实际使用百度地图相关功能时按《隐私政策》所述调用百度 SDK，处理功能所需的精确位置、导航起终点和必要设备信息。您仍可通过系统设置管理定位权限。
云端车辆记录不完全依赖手机应用运行，关闭手机定位或退出本应用不必然停止车辆遥测。关闭“记录行程详细地址”不等于关闭起终点坐标等所有位置处理，也不会自动清除既有数据。旧版本地行程在满足账号和车辆关联条件后，可在后台将摘要及起终点坐标迁移到云端；逐点轨迹、速度、功率和海拔采样序列不属于该迁移范围。
删除行程会删除对应云端行程记录及关联的原始定位采样，并从列表和统计中移除，无法通过应用恢复。为防止重复迁移或后台写回，仅保留必要的删除标识和去重信息，不保留原行程内容。其他个人信息删除或同意撤回请求，请通过「联系开发者」或隐私政策中的邮箱提出。地址收藏、搜索历史、账号解除、订阅取消和数据删除需要分别操作。
本应用提供免费功能和付费权益，具体套餐、价格、期限、试用资格及权益以购买时 App Store 和应用内展示为准。与 Tesla 账号或车辆关联的权益按购买时说明适用，切换账号或车辆不当然获得另一账号的权益。
自动续订订阅通常在当前周期结束前的 24 小时内扣款续订；如需停止续订，请至少提前 24 小时在 iPhone 的 Apple ID 订阅管理中关闭。取消后，权益通常保留至已付费周期结束。退款可通过 Apple 提供的退款申请渠道办理，是否批准及金额依 Apple 规则和适用法律确定；本协议不排除您的法定退款权利。
车辆厂商接口、固件、第三方地图、系统权限及网络变化可能影响服务，我们会在合理范围内维护和处理故障，但不能保证所有车辆或所有时间均可用。涉及付费权益的重大调整，将依法告知并处理未履行部分。
本协议中的辅助用途、数据误差和可用性说明，不免除我们依法应承担的责任，亦不排除消费者依法享有的权利。因我们故意、重大过失或法律规定不得免责的情形造成的损害，应依法承担责任。
本应用中由我们创作的程序、界面和主题等内容依法受到保护；第三方商标、图片、用户提交内容及开源组件的权利属于各自权利人。vehicle-command 等开源组件按其许可证使用，详见应用内开源声明。
未经许可，您不得侵害他人知识产权、规避访问或会员限制、干扰服务、非法采集他人的车辆或位置数据。法律或适用开源许可证允许的行为不受本条不当限制。本应用未作为出租车计费等需要专门资质的计量工具提供。
我们会标明协议版本和更新时间，并对与您权益有关的重大修改进行显著通知，依法需要您确认的将另行取得确认。涉及个人信息处理目的、方式或种类变化的，按《隐私政策》及适用法律另行履行告知和同意义务。
本协议适用中华人民共和国法律，不影响您依所在地强制性法律享有的权利。争议可先通过联系开发者协商；协商不成，可向依法具有管辖权的人民法院提起诉讼。

Welcome to Model Dash (the “App”), provided by Huang Jiaojuan (黄侥娟), an individual developer (“we”). Read this Agreement and the Privacy Policy before use to understand the services, conditions and information practices. Acceptance of this Agreement does not replace separate consent required by law for personal information processing.
The App provides dashboards and themes, BLE vehicle connections, Tesla authorization, vehicle status and supported remote controls, vehicle location, address searches and favorites, navigation and destination sending, cloud trips, charging history and subscriptions. Availability depends on the App version, vehicle model and firmware, region, account permissions, vehicle state, network and entitlements.
The App is an independent third-party product, not an official Tesla or other vehicle manufacturer app. It does not imply affiliation, guarantee or endorsement by a manufacturer.
Relevant features process phone or vehicle locations, endpoint coordinates, detailed addresses, searched or saved places, trips and charging records. Sources, purposes, third parties and retention are described in the Privacy Policy. Precise location and travel information require particular protection; processing must be necessary and supported by legally required consent.
Baidu maps and navigation: dashboard maps, route planning and navigation in the App may be provided by Baidu Maps Open Platform. Please read the Baidu Maps User Service Terms and Baidu Maps Open Platform Products and Services Privacy Policy. After you check the User Agreement and Privacy Policy on the authorization page and complete authorization, the App calls Baidu SDKs only when you use related map features, processing the precise location, navigation endpoints and necessary device information described in our Privacy Policy. You can manage location permission in system settings.
Cloud vehicle records do not depend entirely on the phone app running. Disabling phone location or exiting the App does not necessarily stop vehicle telemetry. Turning off detailed trip addresses does not stop all location processing, including endpoint coordinates, or automatically clear existing information. Once account and vehicle association conditions are met, older local trips can migrate summaries and endpoint coordinates to the cloud in the background. Point-by-point route, speed, power and altitude sample sequences are excluded from this migration.
Deleting a trip removes the corresponding cloud trip record and associated raw location samples from our servers, lists and statistics. The App cannot restore it. Only necessary deletion markers and deduplication information remain to prevent migration or background writes from recreating it; the original trip content is not retained in those markers. For other personal information deletion or consent withdrawal requests, use Contact Developer or the email in the Privacy Policy. Favorites, search history, account disconnection, subscription cancellation and data deletion require separate actions.
The App offers free features and paid entitlements. Plans, prices, duration, trial eligibility and benefits are as shown in the App and App Store at purchase. Tesla account or vehicle associations follow the purchase terms; switching an account or vehicle does not automatically transfer another account’s entitlements.
Auto-renewing subscriptions normally renew within 24 hours before the current period ends. To stop renewal, turn it off in Apple ID subscription management at least 24 hours before expiry. Paid access normally continues through the paid period after cancellation. Refund requests can be submitted through Apple’s refund channels; eligibility and amounts depend on Apple’s rules and applicable law. This Agreement does not exclude statutory refund rights.
Manufacturer APIs, firmware, third-party maps, system permissions and network changes may affect service. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain the App and address faults but cannot guarantee availability for every vehicle or at all times. Material changes to paid entitlements will be notified and unfulfilled services addressed as required by law.
Statements about supplemental use, data errors or availability do not exclude our legal responsibilities or your consumer rights. We remain responsible as required by law for intentional misconduct, gross negligence and other liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
Our original code, interfaces and themes are legally protected. Third-party trademarks, images, user submissions and open-source components belong to their respective rights holders. Open-source components, including vehicle-command, are used under their applicable licenses; see the App’s open-source notices.
Do not infringe intellectual property, bypass access or entitlement controls, disrupt services, or unlawfully collect another person’s vehicle or location information. This clause does not improperly restrict activities permitted by law or applicable open-source licenses. The App is not supplied as a certified measuring tool for taxi fares or other activities requiring specific qualifications.
We identify the version and update date and prominently notify you of material changes affecting your rights. Confirmation will be obtained where legally required. Changes to personal information processing purposes, methods or categories are subject to the separate notice and consent duties in the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China without affecting rights under mandatory laws where you live. You may first contact us to resolve a dispute. If no resolution is reached, either party may bring a claim before a court with jurisdiction under applicable law.
